Stronger Report Evidence, More Reliable Search
Every report claim now links to real evidence
Social Mapping Reports now enforce that every claim is backed by clickable proof — actual social posts you can open and inspect. Previously, some reports could surface claims that used count-only queries under the hood, which meant the evidence pane had no linked posts to click through. Now the system catches these gaps before the report ships, so every evidence box either links to the source posts or clearly flags a data gap.
What this means for you
- Every claim is inspectable. When you share a Social Mapping Report, every evidence card now links to the real creator posts that support it — no more text-only claims without receipts.
- Share reports with confidence. Reports that pass validation are more trustworthy by default. When you send one to a client or stakeholder, every finding can be verified by clicking through to the original social content.
Also in this release
- More reliable search. Social search queries that previously failed during high-traffic moments now retry automatically behind the scenes, so you're less likely to hit temporary search errors in chat or via the API.
- Smoother email analytics. Fixed an issue where email engagement tracking calls could occasionally fail due to rate limiting. Open and click tracking data now loads more reliably.
